What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of TPLbuy.com and TPLrentals.com (together, “our platform”), covering property sales, long-term rentals, and short-term stays. A single user account works across all three products, and these terms apply equally to every part of the platform.
Pre-launch status
Parts of the platform are still in pre-launch. Where a waitlist is offered, sign-ups are for notification purposes only.
Listings and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing you post (price, location, photos, contact details). Do not post listings for property you are not authorised to advertise, and do not include misleading information. We may remove listings that violate these terms.
No guarantees
We make no guarantees about launch dates, pricing, listing visibility, or the final feature set of the platform. Details may change as we build and operate the service.
No contractual obligation
Creating an account or signing up for a waitlist does not create any contractual obligation on either side. You can close your account at any time, and we can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to the service
We reserve the right to change, pause, or discontinue the service — including any product, feature, or waitlist — at our sole discretion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
